Updates


  • The community  pool is  now closed  for the season.  The HOA pool is open each year from the Friday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day.   It  can be utilized daily, anytime between 9:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m.   The pool is available for HOA residents and their accompanied guests only.  There is no lifeguard on duty.  Before utilizing the pool, please review the pool rules with your family.  They are linked here and posted at the pool.

In the recent past ​there has been a lot of work completed to improve the common areas of the neighborhood.  Some of the improvements have included the following:

  • 2014 - Landscape at the entrances,  water feature and pool was replaced. 
  • 2015 - Cul-de-sacs were re-landscaped and the lighting of the neighborhood’s monuments,  signature horses and rock wall was    improved.
  • 2016 - New entrance monument signs were installed, the pool bathrooms were updated and the pool furniture was replaced. The cedar portion of the large  pergola at the pool was replaced as well.
  • 2017 - Completed an overhaul of the inner workings of the water feature. Project included new wiring, pumps, pump controllers and plumbing in the basin. Also  made landscape improvements to the common area at the east end of the neighborhood and at the pond.  The pool houses were painted and the pool signage was  improved as well.  
  • 2018 - Replaced mailboxes with units that are more secure,  have larger  parcel lockers and are much more aesthetically pleasing.
  • 2019 -   Fencing along Mission  Road,  by the pond and pool areas were repaired and painted, drainage issues on 153rd  Street near the end of the rock wall were addressed and the horses received a deep cleaning and polishing that will now be maintained on a schedule  with a reputable vendor.
  • 2020 - No large  projects were addressed in preparation of the pool and pool deck needing some repairs/maintenance in the near future. 
  • 2021 - Repainted the pool bathrooms, removed and trimmed trees by the pool, pond and other common areas.  Replaced HOA signage at the pool, pond and rock wall on 153rd St.
  • ​2022 - Pool renovations completed including new water line tiles and painting the interior of the pool.
